We work exclusively with ceramic manufacturers in the heart of Portugal. When selecting the producers, it is important to us that we share common values. These are sustainability, fair working conditions and a tradition of craftsmanship.

It is an advantage that we also live here in Portugal. This allows us to see where and how our products are produced. And we personally experience that the people who manufacture our ceramics experience good working conditions. They give us their art, we give them our trust.

The topic of sustainability has developed into a very important element in our lives in recent years. Especially in the last few years, when the world has been turned upside down, we have remembered that sustainability and regionality are essential. We have been shaken awake. We no longer want to be dependent on products that are produced far away and generate environmental pollution and inhumane lives. We want a return to environmentally friendly and local production.

For this reason, we only produce in Portugal without exception. It is our own home. We are regularly in the ceramic manufactories on site and see how our products are made. We see that fair working conditions are observed. We see and experience that environmentally friendly and sustainable production as well as EU standards are guaranteed.

This always means a bit more opening your own wallet, because sustainability and the guarantee of good working conditions cost something. But we like to do that. We do this for our children, for our environment, for the people of our country and for us.

Yes. All our ceramic products are very suitable for the dishwasher. Since the ceramic products are fired at 800-1000 degrees, they can be used in the microwave and oven without any problems.

Our ceramic products can all be washed by hand or in the dishwasher.

Our handmade tablecloths can be washed in the washing machine at up to 30 degrees with a special detergent for cotton. Hand washing is of course also possible.

Order

You can place your order in our online shop. Or at our ceramic parties with our ceramic lovers (you can find more about this under Ceramic Party).

After completing your order, you will receive an email with all the details. This email goes to the email address that you provided when ordering. Please check your spam folder if necessary.

We will ship the goods within 24 hours under normal circumstances. During this time you can send us an email to info@keramik-liebe.de and we will do our best to cancel your order immediately. If you want to cancel your order when the goods are already on their way, this is only possible as a return.

We do our best to pack your order correctly. Fortunately, only people work in our department store and mistakes can happen. Please contact us by phone or email and we will correct our error immediately.

Shipment

We ship your order within 1-2 working days. The delivery time by DHL within Germany is usually another 1-2 working days. The delivery time for all other countries takes 5-7 working days.

We ship to the following countries: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Canada, USA, UK, Switzerland and UAE.

The shipping costs within Germany are €9.90. Shipping is free for orders over 400 euros.

The shipping costs to all other countries within the EU are €24.00 and are independent of the value of the goods.

The shipping costs to other countries (USA, UK, Saudi Arabia, Norway, Switzerland and Canada) are between 110 and 130 Euros and will be calculated at Check out.

For orders placed at our ceramic parties, we offer free shipping from 100 euros.

Yes. You will receive another email from us as soon as the goods are shipped. Together with the details of your order, you will also receive a tracking number for tracking

If you wish, we can also have your products produced with your logo. With a certain minimum quantity, our products can only be produced with your logo. For smaller quantities, we can attach your logo next to the existing logo.

Return

Our products are all handmade and unique and can therefore have slight deviations in color and shape. If a product is actually defective, we will of course refund it.

If you want to return our products, you can easily return and/or exchange them within 14 days. This only applies to unused goods.

1. Pack the items well to avoid damage in transit. The goods should not show any signs of use (dirt, scratches, animal hair, etc.). The goods must be in the original packaging.

Yes, you are welcome to exchange items. Simply send us an email with the details of what you would like to exchange and we will take care of the exchange.

We accept payments via Shopify Payments (Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, Giro, Paypal, Q pay, Union Pay, Visa) or by invoice & advance payment with bank transfer.
